FAQs on Construction Services

All types of windows. The brands we offer are Pella and Provia. All Provia products come with a lifetime warranty. Pella has a Lifetime warranty on frames and 10 years on glass. We specialize in vinyl siding, from Provia (Lifetime warranty) Board and Batten Vinyl, cedar shake vinyl, as well as all other popular profiles.

There is an initial consultation and design, followed by an estimate and a contract. We frame the deck while the materials ship to the jobsite. Once they arrive, we schedule the return to finish up.

Yes, we construct pergolas out of metal with 26 gauge standing seam r panel roofs, cedar (stained) pressure treated pine (torched and stained). Any pergola can have a metal roof added to it no matter the material. Decks are constructed in pressure treated lumber. Surfaces offered are cedar, pressure treated, and Composite or PVC in partnership with TimberTech Decking and Azek.

Yes! Whether it is a wine cellar, custom floors, attic or garage conversions, structural carpentry, dog houses, or tree houses we can handle all carpentry projects and we LOVE the challenge!

Some cellars are dry and room temperature. We install racks and they can be iron or wood. We partner with Wine Cellar Specialties, a company that provides our design and materials. It truly is a custom project every time. Other cellars offered are climate controlled cellars with coolers, thermo insulated door, and specialty lighting. Whether you are putting a cellar under the stairs, in a closet, a designated room or new construction, we are your one stop shop for design build for any wine cellar.

We once remodeled a school bus – gutted it and built a full scale K-9 training facility. We thrive with challenges and all we need is a picture in most cases. Check out the bus in the gallery. It truly was an experience and joy to build.

FAQs on Bomb Shelters and Panic and Safe Rooms

Any home, any wall, any room can be made bullet proof with a special stucco like coating. Ask us for details. We can transform any closet or room into a safe room or panic room. These are for ground invasions. We offer a heavy duty AR 500 bullet proof steel hatch. Bomb shelters we provide are modular square fallout shelters installed underground with air purification systems, bed rooms, gas tight doors, contamination showers, and an escape hatch. We have several models. We also offer a DIY kit to make your own as well as sell our Swiss made air purifiers. Ideally if you’re interested in a bomb shelter underground you would want to plan on putting it under the house before you pour the foundation. If considering adding one to your existing home in the backyard contact us for different models offered so you can make sure you have enough room or what other solutions may be available.
Depends on what the wants and needs of the client is.
Panic/safe rooms can be completed in a couple of weeks if the scope isn’t too in depth (i.e. security cameras, specialized locks and bullet proof windows). Materials take time to be shipped.
Yes, all codes are followed by state, city and country depending on which country we may be installing a shelter in.
We use shelters provided by a couple of Texas partners that have manufacturing plants globally. Our partners provide shelters currently in Israel, Switzerland, China, and the USA. They have been patented and our crews have been trained to install.
Depends on how many people we are trying to keep safe.
No maintenance other than normal cleaning.

We offer various types of windows for replacement. Pella Replacement windows come with a Lifetime warranty on the frame and a 10-year warranty on glass, parts, and free Pella service for the life of the window. ProVia replacement windows come with a Lifetime warranty on everything and are transferable to the first buyer.

This depends on the municipality where the ADU is being built. In a lot of cases, the property is located outside of the city limits and does not require permitting or zoning.

The entire process of designing, permitting, and building a new construction Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) or Tiny Home can take up to 10-18 months, depending on the complexity of the design, the city in which you are located, and site conditions.

ProVia’s Super Polymer formulation is comprised of Tri-Pigment Reflective Technology, Weather Barrier Shield, SPX-2000 UV Protection, and Color Keeper Anti-Fade Protection. Inorganic materials, anti-weathering ingredients, butyl, and acrylic modifiers are melded together to create a strong molecular chain for superior color retention and weather resistance. Think of it as sunscreen for your house!

All windows are Argon gas-filled and Low-E. All windows are double insulated. We offer steel and fiberglass doors with or without glass. ProVia doors come with a Lifetime Warranty. Pella doors have a Lifetime Frame and door warranty, with glass and parts having a 10-year warranty.

Our partner Anchored Tiny Homes has set designs that typically fit most needs; however, they do offer full design, permitting, and we do the build-out.

We use a daily discipline hands-on approach for every project. Each individual project is run through checklists to ensure all quality measures have been met by our Director of Construction, project managers, and quality control team on a daily basis.
